We offer payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment options that we accept. - Credit Card: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover
- Cherry: 3rd Party Financing for payment plans (www.withcherry.com
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
- Payment Plans are available (through Cherry). Please call to discuss your options.
Please note, A form of payment is due at the time of service.
Even if we are not in network with your insurance carrier, we will bill your insurance company and track claims as a courtesy to you to help maximize your benefits. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
